  • Credit score of 580 & up (please ask about our damaged credit program)
  • No late pays for 12 months
  • Verifiable income acceptable to lending institution
  • References

Procedure
  1. Set appointment and discuss what you’re trying to accomplish, goals, etc.
  2. Fill out application and meet with mortgage personnel
  3. Sign commitment contract
  4. Down payment required only when Fouche Homes finances the project
  5. Start construction
  6. Sign purchasing documents at title company
